How to connect Hostaway

Connect Quibble to Hostaway with an API key and Client ID.

Hostaway syncs on a 24-hour interval. Avoid using Hostaway’s “Sync Now” button — it can interfere with the connection.
Step 1

In Hostaway

    Create an API key

    In Hostaway, go to Settings → Hostaway API and create a new API key.

    Find your Account ID — that’s your Client ID

    Your Account ID is shown in your Hostaway account details. This is the value Quibble asks for as your Client ID — note it down alongside your API key.

In Quibble

    Create your Quibble account

    Head to the Quibble sign-up page and register with your details.

    Verify your email

    Click the verification link we email you, then return to Quibble to finish connecting.

    Select Hostaway

    Choose Hostaway from the list of property management systems.

    Enter your credentials

    Paste your Hostaway Client ID and API Key, then click Submit to connect.

    You’re all set

    The Done step confirms your account is connected. Quibble starts importing your data — we’ll email you when it’s ready.

What happens after you connect

As soon as you connect, Quibble starts importing your listings, reservation history, rates, and calendar availability. Your account stays locked while the import runs, so you won’t be able to log in just yet. The moment it finishes, we’ll email you — then you can log in and start optimizing.
