Turning on Dynamic Pricing
Dynamic Pricing sends Quibble’s optimized rates to your PMS. Here’s how to turn it on for a listing, step by step.
Open the left-side menu, scroll to the bottom, select the Settings dropdown, and choose Listings Management.

Use the dropdowns to filter by Market and number of bedrooms. On the right, enable “Listings with Dynamic Pricing enabled” and “Active Properties only,” or search for a specific property.

Toggle on Silent Dynamic Pricing. Silent mode lets the model learn and price without pushing rates to your PMS yet — it’s billed as part of your per-listing subscription.

Enter the required details: Target Annual Rent, Listing ID (Airbnb or Vrbo), and your Min/Max price settings.

Click Apply to start processing — this can take some time.

Once processing finishes, the Silent Dynamic Pricing button becomes an Evaluate button. Click it to open the Competitor Selection window.

Review your top competitors and confirm they match your property. Click Fine-tune to adjust them by nightly rate, amenities, and reviews.

Click Confirm once you’re happy with the competitor matches.

Toggle on Dynamic Pricing to send optimized prices to your PMS and activate minimum-night-stay controls.

To change Silent mode settings later, click the three-dot icon.
