Property Scout

Property Scout is Quibble’s forecasting tool for evaluating the revenue potential of new or prospective short-term-rental properties.

From the dashboard, click the left-hand menu bar.

Click the Business Tools dropdown and select Property Scout.

Enter the property address in the search box.

Select the address from the lookup results.

Add property details (image, estimated nightly price, bedrooms, bathrooms, beds, amenities) and click Analyze.

View the top 10 comparable properties with similar features and key metrics.

Review the one-year projection graph with estimated monthly and annual revenue.
